Dr Hilary Whyte is a Neonatologist, cross appointed in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and the Department of Critical Care Medicine at SickKids.

Dr Whyte assumed leadership of the Transport program at SickKids in 1998 resulting in expansion to include RRTs, a Transport fellowship and scope of practice up to the age 13 years in a more integrated program across the Province of Ontario. She holds appointments at Ornge, Air Ambulance Program, CritiCall and SickKids International.

She is a full Professor of Paediatrics at University of Toronto; her research interests relate to education, transport medicine and neuro-critical care. Her passion in transport medicine is both clinical and around organizational challenges.
